The Potter George Group (PGG) Referral Promotion is available for a limited time and applies only to selected estates (“Participating PGG Estates”). Full details, terms, and eligibility rules are available on our website or by request. PGG can change the promotion or its conditions at any time without notice. These terms do not form part of any sales contract. Buyers should read all contracts carefully and get independent legal and financial advice before proceeding.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. How the Promotion Works
The promotion applies to available lots in certain PGG Estates during the promotion period.
The PGG Referrer must: Check with PGG to confirm their own eligibility. Confirm the Referred Purchaser is eligible before they contact PGG.
PGG makes no guarantees about the accuracy of any promotional materials. Always rely on formal contracts and seek your own advice.
2. The Reward
If you refer someone who buys in a participating estate, you may receive a $1,000 prepaid gift card (“the Reward”).
Only one Reward is given per eligible contract (even if there are multiple referrers or purchasers).
The referrer is responsible for any tax or duties related to receiving the Reward.
The Reward: Is not transferable or exchangeable unless PGG agrees. Will be provided digitally after all terms are met. Requires the referrer’s mobile number and email address.
The Reward may be forfeited if: PGG can’t contact the referrer within 3 months of eligibility. Terms and conditions are not met. The card is damaged, altered, or expired (applicable even for digital cards, unless otherwise clarified).
Once issued, you are bound by the gift card’s own terms and conditions.
In case of a dispute about eligibility or Reward decisions, PGG’s decision is final.
3. Other Important Information
This promotion cannot be combined with other offers.
If there’s any conflict between these terms and a signed contract, the contract takes priority.
PGG is not responsible for any loss from relying on promotion materials or if circumstances beyond its control affect the promotion.
PGG may change or cancel the promotion at any time.
4. Key Definitions
Builder: A licensed home builder.
Builder Representative: An employee of a builder with permission to participate.
Contract: A signed agreement to buy land or a house-and-land package from PGG (excluding option agreements).
Notification: A written referral submitted to PGG before the referred person contacts PGG.
PGG Referrer: A previous buyer or Builder Rep who refers someone and submits the correct paperwork.
Purchaser: Someone who has previously bought from PGG.
Referred Purchaser: A new buyer who: Was referred before contacting PGG, Confirms the referral in writing, Signs a contract within 6 months, and Settles the purchase.
Reward: A prepaid digital gift card valued at $1,000 (amount may vary by estate).
