The form must be filled out in full.
The form must be submitted prior to the Referred Purchaser enquiring.
The Referred Purchaser referee details must not already be held by Potter George.
The Referred Purchaser must sign a contract within 6 months.
The Referrer and the Referee must settle their lots to be eligible for the promotion.
